STAR Plus characters share their stress busters

Akshara, Ishita find spending time with family, cooking, reading etc. to be great stress-busters.



In today’s fast paced life, there is a lot of stress and anxiety that one faces. But our characters find that bonding with their kids and enjoying their favourite activities can often keep stress at bay.

Akshara shares, “Stress is becoming a growing problem but I indulge in some of my favourite pass times to keep it away. I enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes and for me this is a great stress buster. Naitik and I also keep going on short trips and enjoy relaxing outings so that we can feel fresh and rejuvenated. We recently went on our baby-moon and had a really nice time.”

Ishita adds, “If I am stressed out or anxious, I start cleaning and indulge in sorting out my cupboard or small tasks like cleaning and washing. These activities help me relax a bit and then I get calm. I also enjoy playing with Ruhi and my work as dentist also acts as a stress buster for me. When stressed, we should all indulge in something that will take our mind off problems.”

Naitik shares, “I like to de-stress by going for a jog or hitting the gym, it helps me use all the pent up energy in a positive way. When I am stressed, I also like to talk about the problem bothering me with my wife or friend, it often helps to unburden your problems. We should all find ways to de-stress so that are health is not affected.”

STAR plus characters believe that we should indulge in activities that we like and enjoy in order to lead a stress free life.
